Some of the best pizza in Cincinnati!
You can't get a pizza here for $5.00 nor should you....leave that to the romans!
Don't compare it to NYC or Chicago.....it's Cincy Pie.
Not wood fired, gourmet, or goat cheesy......just good pie made with fresh ingredients. Â They deliver hot and on time and it doesn't taste like the box (i.e. Dominoes) Â There is no gimmicky crust stuffed with 10 meats.....just great pie.
I recommend trying a pie with Bacon, Onion & Tomato....if that's your thing.
Mio's isn't as impressive as Dewey's or Ramundo's, but it's always dependable (and it's convenient). Â The variety of their crust options jazzes up a pretty ordinary menu.
Their stuffed Chicago-style pizzas are my favorite thing to get, even though it's not nearly as good as what you'd get in the Windy City. Â The crust is nice and flaky, but if you're not a fan of copious quantities of sauce, stick with the more traditional options.
We tried the pasta once, and it was about what you'd expect from a pizza place. Â Pretty much an afterthought. Â
If you like the ordinary (and there's nothing wrong with that) Mio's might be the place for you. Â Otherwise, now that Ramundo's delivers, I have very little reason to stick with Mio's.
