Panera Bread

This is a typical Panera, which means you know what to expect before even arriving. It was rather empty on the weekday morning we stopped in, which was a bit surprising. Service was prompt and the food was decent. My only complaint is that they were already out of strawberries by 8:30am and didn't offer any other fruit substitution for the fruit and nut oatmeal I ordered.

I swing by here sometimes in the morning for iced-tea and a breakfast sandwich (which has amazing Vermont white cheddar cheese). The service is friendly, and if Phil is there, he'll make your order right!

My favorite item at Panera is their grilled chicken caesar salad, I first tried a few years ago and great staple for any Panera across the country, squeeze some fresh lemon & you won't be disappointed. Plus you can't beat their soups on a chilly day.
