I almost could not understand jow this place could get reviews. I go there a lot for lunch and order from their $6 menu. I would happily pay $10 for every item i have ever tried on that menu, they're that good. The marsala sauce is yummy and so is the cremosi. Its definitely a great place for lunch.
Review Source:My daughter didn't like her Alfredo told the waitress, she actually said its basically not there problem my daughter didn't like there food and she didn't think the manager would take it off our bill, I told her I tasted it and it was bad the flavor was horrible she said somebody just ordered it and didn't complain. She was very rude to us after. The food was not that great and the prices was ridiculous. We will not be back and would recommend you to not waste your money!
Review Source:Maybe it was what I ordered, I tried to stay on the healthy side and chose an option from their Fitness section, and had the stuffed eggplant. Â It didn't taste fresh at all...and some bites were super salty. Â The house dressing was good though, and I tried some of their tiramisu which was good. Â They are a little pricey for the food quality. Â I would go back and try something else on the menu. Â The decor is horrendous, very odd colors matched up, and cheap decorations...
Review Source:I went here once when it was Tiramisu, the new name is Aurelio's.  I want to give a raving review for this restaurant in my neighborhood but the reality is, the food was bad.  The atmosphere was clean and nice.  The waitress was friendly and efficient.  The food was edible but not so edible that I wanted to take home my left-over's. Mom ordered spaghetti.  There was  a very large pile of spaghetti but I found it off-putting that the spaghetti was served colored like it had been sitting in sauce, the spaghetti noodles were not white, they were the color or pasta sauce but the sauce was served on top.  IT was served micro-waved steaming hot.  Our wine was very nice, served in a cute bubble shaped glass.  The bread was stale.
I was served the worst Veal Parmigiana ever. Â The veal was actually shaved. Â It wasn't cut or sliced it was SHAVED! I couldn't believe they would serve veal that thin. Â The coating was sopping wet as the veal cut was laying under a freshly micro-waved steamed pile of sauce. Â I took a few bites and that was it. Â There was no point to eating it as there was zero taste and it was wetter than a soaked sponge. Â It was served with rigatoni and bland, micro-waved vegteables.
We went to Aurelio's for a late dinner last night and I was so impressed that I had to write this review today. First the not-so-good: The restaurant is very small, rectangular shaped, and the outside sign shares space with a car wash. It's easy to visually dismiss this place. Luckily, we did not.
Now on to the good: We were met by a very friendly server (Lauren) who was happy to answer all our questions and make suggestions. We got there fairly late but never felt rushed.
Salad: Our upgrade to a Caesar salad was a good choice; the lettuce was crisp, the croutons homemade, and the dressing was very tasty.
Entrees: I ordered the Penne Romana Alforno and substituted the palomino sauce. My husband ordered the Spinach & Ricotta Rigatoni. We could not keep our hands off each other's meal and kept alternating between bites of our own and the other dish. They were both delicious! The portions were large and we brought home enough for a second meal (just as Lauren predicted).
Dessert: My husband ordered the tiramisu for dessert. The portion was enormous. To top it off, the chef gave us a complimentary side of a second dessert. I don't recall the name but it was an Italian crepe with a custard-like filling and topped with chocolate drizzle. Yum.
The restaurant offers a nice wine selection and the prices are reasonable.
Speaking of prices, our meal was very reasonably priced - almost half of what we normally spend at Luciano's and the food was better.
If you are in the area, give this place a try. We will definitely be going back!
