The Beer Haus

Dark Dive bar that can be summed up by someone uploading a picture of the owner.

4 other people were already at the bar on a dead week day afternoon... between the music and their rowdy carrying on with the bartender place was almost too loud to have a conversation. Not against people having a good time... but the place was empty... and early afternoon just isn't the time of day I enjoy screaming drunks.

The pretzels and beer cheese were ok... the burger was nice... the fries had a strange after taste.

The chicken sandwich was both very dry and moist... the breast was WAY too thick to eat on a sandwich and suffered from uneven cooking... not to mention not easy to keep on the bread without slipping off.

Mac and cheese sauce had "broken"... took it home and re-hydrated it with milk and it made a nice side dish for dinner... but it was lumpy and nasty as served.

We might stop again when the parking lot was near empty and other establishments close by were busy... but really it's loud train wreck.

Poor service, inappropriate music for a restuarant (face down a$$ up thats the way we like to f^ck) come on really. We asked if they could change the music and the employees started talking smack outside about it. Food just ok at best. Decent beer list is their only redeeming quality. My advice do not go here!!!

I had a salad on the menu that I took one bite out of and didn't like (because it was completely covered in chopped raw onions). I told the bartender it wasn't their fault but it was just not my preference and didn't want anything instead since I lost my appetite. When it was time for the check, the salad was still on it. When I asked why she stated rudely "Well, it's not like we could reuse it!" So I asked to speak to a manager. I explained him the situation and he just stood there and rudely stared at me and didn't even show any compassion or understanding. New flash Beer Haus: Treating customers poorly is the worst thing you could do for your business! Time to learn some people skills!
