Bennigan's

There must be something wrong when you are the only people dining there at 6:30pm on a Monday.  Seriously!  For being the only 2 people in the restaurant, you'd think the servers would be very attentive to our needs (because what else do they have to do?)  But service was slow, food was just ok, and the area outside looks so run-down.  Not the same Bennigan's I remember.

Stopped in for the first time to meet up with family. I did not expect the food to be so good or worthy of a review on Yelp. I am always cautious about dining in restaurants that are connected to hotels but once inside you immediately forget about the Ramada right next door. I had salmon and it was probably the best that salmon can be at any restaurant. My party seemed very pleased with their choice on the menu. I'll more than likely visit again and sit at the spacious bar.

Bennigan's reminds me of the movie Waiting, so I was hesitant when our colleague wanted to take us there for lunch!  We couldn't decide on a place so we went and it was actually pretty good.  

I had a Chicken Club and surprisingly tasty! It was a grilled chicken breast served on a honey wheat bun with bacon, guacamole and the rest of the fixins.  However it isn't any different from any other bar and grill.  

At least we got to experience some of the restaurant chains on the North East :) but I can't wait to have our diverse food in Cali!  No more steakhouses/grills please.
