I had a taste for Patio Ribs but living in Beverly there are no convenient locations. Â I turned to Yelp and based on reviews, I ordered from Best Bar B Q. Â less than ten minutes away. Â The ribs tips were just OK with really nothing to differentiate from other rib joints but the half order of ribs I ordered were another story altogether! Â Evenly cooked all the way through, these ribs were falling off the bone. Â Tender, moist and just the right amount of hot/mild sauce covered a generous portion of homemade french fries nestled atop two slices of soft, white fresh bread. Â Delicious!!!!!
Review Source:Just a warning. You can't go to this place everyday and expect the meat to be the same as far as tenderness is concerned. I usually find that on Tuesday its usually on point.
I use to go to this place 3 or 4 times a week, literally. The employees would shout my name whenever I walked in. Â I'd call in my order "small tip w/ mild sauce" and walk in and they'd grab my order and I didn't have to say a word. Great Q, great sauce.
I would have given (5) Stars because I ALWAYS enjoy the taste but as LuLu C. wrote just a few weeks ago, the customer service sucks! The two women working there on Sun., Dec. 9th around 2:45pm were VERY unprofessional! The cashier mocked me for not correctly pronouncing the items on the menu and the woman from the back, who brought up my order was just as mean. They made comments amongst each other and laughed in my face. It was an awful experience. I was too dejected (very exhausted & physically ill) to demand a refund. But on the otherhand, I thank them for the experience as I shall NEVER return as I should be eating healthier and that experience will ALWAYS remind me of such!
