Having eaten in several of these restaurants, I am always amazed at three consistent elements:

#1 - The quality of the food
#2 - The dedication of the staff not to hurry you regardless of how busy the restaurant is.
#3 - The ambiance of the restaurant in that it compliments the dining experience.

As a fish fan, I find the coconut shrimp appetizer absolutely delightful.  The batter is light and the original sauce with a touch of ginger provide just enough balance.

The wood grilled fish is cooked perfectly.  The meat is flaky and still moist. I have had both the Rainbow Trout and Tilapia. Others have enjoyed the Atlantic White Tuna.

Also the vegetables are not overcooked as so often happens. Both the broccoli and asparagus are hot and crisp.  If you like Potatoes Au gratin, you will delight in their version with small chunks of potatoes in a smooth cheese sauce topped with toasted bread crumbs.

Finally for dessert, I recommend their Creme Brulee.

Looking back on my experience, I think Steve S. nails it on the head:

Chain restaurant - not bad, but it's mostly just the flavor of the sauces and little of the actual seafood.

Bang bang shrimp was good, but fried shrimp covered in fatty spicy sauce?  It'd better be good.  I got the special - a lobster thermidor covered mahi mahi.  The sauce was creamy and rich, but didn't really taste like lobster, and the fish was noticeably hard and overcooked, though not dry.

It's not bad, but for the price, I'll keep looking for better seafood.

Service was eXUberant!  A little bit much, but pretty good nevertheless

We sat at the bar early Friday night for some cocktails and appetizers and had a great time. The ladies behind the bar were funny and engaging and took great care of us! We split the mussels and the crab cakes and both were delicious. The crab cakes definitely tasted fresh and they were a nice size portion. The mussels were in a great sauce and there was ample for the 2 people eating them. I've been here before and had the bang bang shrimp and those are good as well. I'm a seafood fanatic so this place is right up my alley.
