Walked in with my girlfriend and 1yr old daughter. Was not greeted AT ALL. Come on! That is restaurant 101. They even say "welcome" at McDonalds. Â If they were packed, I would have more sympathy but, we were the ONLY customers there. There is something that resembles a host station and no menu board behind the register. We stood awkwardly staring at the cashier for a few moments before I had to ask "do we just sit anywhere?" Her reply is "yea." Not in a rude way but, at this point I would figure she would offer a tad bit of assistance. I'm carrying my baby looking around for a high chair......no assistance from staff or even a "hey, high chairs are over there." We grab a seat and wait.........and wait........and wait.........STILL THE ONLY CUSTOMERS in the place. I get up and go to the cashier girl who has been doing nothing but, leaning behind the counter the entire time. I ask if there are menus. She points and replies " there." Â Been in the place for quite some time now, have had 2 words spoken to me and still don't know if we will have a server or not. I browse the menu but, at this point I'm already fed up. Lost my business. We got up, left and went to a "mom and pop" diner down the street and had a 5 star experience. The items and place looked intriguing but the staff killed any hope I had. I wish I didn't even have to give Bread Basket a single star. My apologies to the owner because your staff on duty that day is horrible.
Review Source:Mmmm, okay I'm a regular here. It's right around my corner, we all have a place like that, right?
I've tried different sandwiches, soups, salads, etc., Â and they're all very good at reasonable prices too. Yes I know, their coffee machine never works, and they never have things for the smoothies and shakes.
But their Chicken Caesar Wrap! Ahhhhhh so so tasy. I wish I could eat it every day. Seriously though, try it sometime, and you won't regret it.
