  I don't see what other's see in this place. I'm only coming here because I was forced to. I'd never come here again if I had a choice. The only edible thing here is the liquor/beer and that's if you can afford the artificially inflated prices.

  I came here and had the worst lunch . Had the chicken it came out thin and dry and the "healthy veggies" came out drench in butter! They wouldn't take it back and I asked to speak the manager and he never even came out! Rude costumer server and horrible food.

  It was said in the previous reviews so I will say it again. Average food, small portions, overpriced, and ok service. Typical cheap bar that only received a two star because of the ok decor. Overall a forgettable experience.

  Terrible service!  TERRIBLE!!
  I eventually had to STAND in front of a waiter to get them to serve my family.  At the end, after twenty minutes with empty plates on the table, no service, and still no check, I placed my dirty dishes in the middle of the walkway and jumped the bill.
  I recommend everyone else do the same to this insulting establishment.

  Being a sports bar, you wouldn't think they'd try to kick you out of your table in the 2nd quarter.
  My synopsis: avoid.
  Details and rants:
  What has happened to the food establishments in the Interior?
  I can't even assign the title restaurant because most clearly do not deserve it, including this grease factory.
  I came here to watch college football. I think maybe I should have been explicit to the server about that.
  She hardly checked on my table after ordering a beer and wings.
  Admittedly, the wings were good but the price does not justify the meager rations you receive. Is there a chicken shortage?
  Then she basically asked us to leave, citing a 'line' (of a whopping three people btw) was forming at the door.
  If you are not constantly ordering food to feed your fat face, they want you out. That's my biggest qualm with food establishents today: table turnover is insulting!
  No. I am paying; people can wait.
  I just wanted to watch football!!!!!

  This is apparently the newer of two locations for Brewster's in Fairbanks - there's a Canadian chain too in Calgary, Edmonton, and Regina, but I don't think they're connected.  
  
  This is a pretty straight-forward sports-bar, serving burgers and beer in a family-friendly atmosphere.  No surprises.  
  
  I visited here with my family on a vacation as we sought out any place with decent beer in Fairbanks.  They serve Alaskan brewing company beers by the pint or pitcher, but that's really only the minimum you'd expect here.  
  
  The food wasn't half bad, either, (we had veggie burgers and salmon) but nothing unusually exciting.  Service was just fine, pleasant and quick.  
  
  Overall, Fairbanks is a pretty disappointing place - you might not be excited about it, but at least you'll find some decent beer and food here.
