Brian is wonderful to work with! He played at our wedding reception and ceremony last week and everyone loved the music. He even moved his keyboard to play on the patio during our cocktail hour which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Very professional and easy to work with. We were very pleased!

The band played at our wedding at Nestldown a few weeks ago and they were great! Music was upbeat, fun, perfect for cocktail hour and dinner. It's hard planning a wedding in San Jose from Texas but Brian was very professional and prompt to respond to any questions/concerns I had. Definitely a great choice!

We hired this jazz trio for a business reception, and they were fantastic!  Cool, upbeat sounds that added to a festive mood.  Brian is great to work with -- extremely professional and friendly.  I can also tell that he and his group love what they do.  The fact that they play regularly at the place where we held our reception was a big plus.  I would not hesitate to recommend Brian Ho Jazz for any event --- business or special occasion!

Anytime I need to host an event, I do not hesitate to give Brian Ho Jazz a buzz. Along with being amazingly talented, these groups of guys are the kindest of young men you will ever meet. They are as reasonably priced and easy to work with as it gets.

With the ability to spruce up any party (yep, even at a retirement home) you can even forget the alcohol. No I'm kidding, please DON'T forget the alcohol. Brian Ho Jazz is so vibrantly-hip that it will make you feel at least a decade (or two) younger. And that my friends, is ALL THAT (Brian Ho) JAZZ.

Brian was extremely prefessional in our initial conversation.
He was receptive to what kind of music we wanted and professional in giving us an invoice.
At our reception Brian showed up on time and the music was perfect.

    Highly recommended!

Brian played solo keyboard at our wedding for two cocktail hours and the ceremony, and he was wonderful!  He kept the crowd upbeat through a cold and rainy cocktail hour by playing lively jazz with some pop music mixed in.  Some of the guests even sang along while he played Lean on Me!  Better yet, because he is trained as a classical pianist, he was able to play classical pieces from Bach and Schumann during the ceremony, just like we wanted.

The part I appreciated most about Brian was that he was wonderful to work with right from the start. He was able to help us work out a plan that fit in our budget, he suggested songs for the ceremony that were a great fit, and he was punctual and professional on the day of the wedding. We highly recommend him!

My friend's picked the Brian Ho Jazz Trio as their band choice for their wedding. We met with Brian several months before the wedding and he was very accommodating to the needs of the bride. I missed seeing him twice (once in downtown San Jose at the Fairmont and another time at Pampas) on the days leading up the wedding but the bride went and it only confirmed her choice of what a great band they are.

They showed up promptly for the wedding, were very professional, and they played great music. During the wedding ceremony, it was Brian on piano and his guitarist, and for the reception, the drummer joined them.

They are an amazing jazz band and do great covers! Very entertaining and kept the crowd going, even when the majority of the old folk left and it was just us young kids. They started out smooth and classy and ended the night getting groovy and funky! That's when they really started cuttin' loose and you could tell they were feelin' the music and jammin' really hard. Lol They definitely kept it live up until the very end.

Thank you guys! You guys did a great job!

I hired Brian Ho and co. for my wedding in Sonoma, CA. I only requested they play 1 song (the processional song), otherwise I told them to pick songs that they thought were appropriate for the arrival of the guests and the cocktail hour. Everything went off without a hitch! The trio was completely professional and just all around great people. I would definitely recommend them for any event!

The Brian Ho group is the greatest.  Brian and his group recently played for my son's wedding party at a private club in San Francisco.  His music made the whole evening very special.  He showed a range of music that impressed everyone.  There was music from the 60"s up to modern jazz.  The group played throught the whole everning.  The dinner music was very romantic and afterwards the dance music got everyone on the dance floor.  Young and old had a great time.  He is the best !!

In having some finelt crafted beverages over at Singlebarrel in downtown SJ, the BHJ band were laying down some awesome tunes. Jazz, a bit of funk, covers and originals alike, make for excellent ambiance when you're enjoying the company of conversation and fine cocktails.

Brian Ho was fantastic from beginning to end.  He was really responsive from the moment we booked him, and he did a great job of accommodating our music requests.

We hired Brian to play during our wedding ceremony in the church, and his trio to perform at the cocktail hour of our wedding reception at Testarossa Winery.  They showed up on time and were ready to play even before the start time.

The music was excellent and we got rave reviews from guests about how great they sounded.  Brian is such a talented jazz pianist - it's such a treat to hear him and his trio perform.  We can't wait to catch the trio again at various South Bay establishments now that we're back from the honeymoon!

I have seen Brian Ho play at the Turtle Bay Restaurant in Foster City several times.  During dinner, Brian will take requests and play great interpretations of jazz standards such as "Misty". Later in the evening, he will swing hard and get the joint jumping.  Brian is definitely one of my favorite local jazz musicians.  I can't wait to get a copy of his soon-to-be-released first CD.

Love, love, love Brian Ho Jazz Group.  The guys played for us at Sonoma Chicken Coop - Almaden and they are the best!!!  They were professional, played classic and original sets.  The customers at the Wine Events commented on how pleasant and beautifully the musicians played. I highly recommend them for both small and large settings.

I have had the pleasure of hearing Brian Ho in a variety of band configurations.  Brian swings really hard on the organ whether it is a great jazz standard or an original composition. Brian and his band are always entertaining.
