This place is always packed when we go. Â The service here is always a hit or miss. Â I love going here with friends and catching up. Â I love the naked tenders here with the desert heat season. Â It has the perfect amount of spiciness and kick to it. Â If you're really in the mood for some queso, its pretty good here. Â I do love the boneless wings here. Â My favorite flavors are buffalo seasoning, honey BBQ, and chipotle BBQ seasoning.
Location is perfect as it is right off the highway just ignore all the construction around it LOL.
I love BWW. I like their bone in wings (mango habanero and spicy garlic).  I also like their fries and friend pickles.  Go on Tuesday for discount bone in wings and  I believe they have Thursday special bone less wings as well ( although I dont care for boneless wings).
I eat BWW once a week:)
Wings are very good. Â Tuesdays are 45 cent wing nights. Â They allow smoking and seems like the shape of the two story building makes it smell like a small smokey bar. Â It is so bad, I have one friend who I cant take because the smoke gets so bad. Â Wings are some of the best and I have to say the service at this location is really good. Â Never had a problem and always very positive, a nice change compared to some of their other locations....
Review Source:My wife and I stopped here prior to going to a football game and the food was pretty darn good. Â I had the chicken tenders with hot bbq sauce, and my wife had the skinless tenders with one of the sweet sauces, I can't remember which, but overall, a very nice place to get a bite to eat. Â Decent selection of beer, and the happy hour specials are great!
Review Source:I have to confess that I'm biased here. In more formative years there were BW3s around the corner that were default places to stop for an evening to catch a big game. So it's hard to separate years of indoctrination with garlic wings from an objective experience.
That said, I think Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much has the formula that I look for in a typical sports bar. You've got numerous big screen TVs strategically situated around the bar with multiple games selected (although interestingly, one TV at this location was set on Fox News). Smaller screens are set up for those who want to play trivia or games (Texas Hold 'Em, etc.). There's plenty of room and the seats were comfortable.
As a break from the 100+ heat, I swung by this place to grab a quick lunch and catch part of an afternoon game. This location is just off a Hwy 121 exit, but with easy access. The service was quick and friendly with multiple drink refills (even when only half empty). I went with the boneless chicken with parmesian garlic sauce, potato chips with cheese and celery sticks with ranch dressing. All of these were well done and I was able to linger and catch the key parts of the game.
Hard to find much fault here.
Ok, so my first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings will probably be my last. I am not a huge chicken wing lover or connoisseur so I wouldn't know the difference between great wings and good wings. That's beside the point. I had a client ask me to meet there for lunch and I just thought that was so odd...who eats chicken wings at a client lunch. Whatever, people have their nuances.
I arrived before my client so I decided I would wait in the entrance rather than be seated in the dining room. I was checking email on my phone and had my head down, noticed something in my peripheral vision, looked up and it was the BIGGEST cockroach I've seen maybe ever! I screamed so loud, I'm sure the entire restaurant heard me. (A tad embarrassing actually, but it almost crawled on my toe.)
What made it worse was when the manager came by and the hostess told her about the roach. The manager actually played it off and said, "ya, I know...I've called Terminix but it doesn't seem to help". REALLY you're going to say that in front of a patron waiting to dine? Â
The food was average at best. I couldn't think about anything other than what might be crawling on the floor under the table! GROSS.
Let me preface this review with the fact that I love their boneless wings. But god help you if you dont go on Thursday -- the only day of the week that the customers needs are more important than theirs.
I usually only go on Thursdays so I forgot how absurd they are with their wing ordering rules.
I ordered 8 wings with the sauces on the side because that's the only way they let you get a variety of sauces. Later that evening a few more wings sounded good but I definitely couldnt handle another 8 so I asked for an additional 4. This is a request that I make often on Thursdays. Something they are "able" to do with no issues then.
Well today it was a major infraction that started with the cook refusing and ended with the manager telling me that it wasnt going to happen. They would not allow me to order in quantities less than 8 even if it meant they were going to loose the sale. I was made to feel stupid for requesting something simple. It was really uncomfortable and absurd!
They are selling glorified chicken nuggets people. I shouldnt have to bargain, plead, and be made to feel uncomfortable to get my nuggets the way I want them.
We came here because we got 6 free wings via a deal with the Courtyard up the road. Â The wings were not good. Â Bar is very smoky. Â Lots of TVs were a plus, staff seemed more interested in chatting than serving (someone fill my glass, PLEASE). Â So so selection of beers on tap - I don't think Dallas is where you go to hit up craft beers yet. Â Mostly the major brands.
Review Source:I'm a fan true and through!
I've been with this specific property from the day of when they were in the strip mall next to Dukes. Their "relocation" did them a world of wonder!
This is a true BBW now. Huge open space, TV's galore, and plenty of staff!
I've always had a kind heart to BBW for their wing sauces. Carribean Jerk is my fav :)
I've noticed over time that they've been raising there prices on the specials night (Tuesdays "bone-in", Thursdays "boneless"). Second though, they used to have a "late night" 45 cent wing menu. Low and behold on my last visit it was replaced with a weak, 5 appetizers/ $3 ea. menu. Boooo! Keep in mind I saw a "All you can EAT" deal for lunch $9.99.
Service has always been mediocre to good. I've never had a bad experience.
Side note: There's a family section if you want to make sure everything keeps on the tame side
