Buffalo Wild Wings

Ok, this review is really directed at several Indianapolis area BW-3s (Castleton, Lawrence and Downtown).  You never seem to get it right!  I just can't understand it, since the food practical cooks itself.  The service is always subpar and in many situations, just down right poor.  It takes for.ev.er. to get your food.  Today, I was at the Castleton location around 4:30pm.  There were maaaaybe, six other parties (small parties of 2-4 people) in the restaurant.  It took over 25 minutes to get two orders of naked tenders and fries.  The portions were child size too... oh, but I didn't order the child size.  I just don't have high expectations for this place; which is unfortunate because I enjoy wings, beer and sports... service time is always slow; food delivery is always slow; something always seems to be missing or forgotten from my order and refills are never offered in a timely manner.

No more smoking makes it more than tolerable.  Beer specials are ok and reflect what a normal price should be.

Food is pre packaged bar stuff.  Don't tell me the damn cheeseburgers come pre packed and that's why you can't cook them rarer than medium... That guarantees I'm not ordering one.  Meh.

Big meh, but damn they have beer.  2 Stars for food, it's edible and tasty in the way that all fried food is tasty.  3-4 stars for beer.

A friend just got back from this BWW and warned me to never go there because of bad service and marginal wings, which reminded me of my own real people (me), real experience.

Last summer I went to this BWW and those jackasses wouldn't serve me anything (food or soft drinks) because I didn't have ID. I wasn't even asking for alcohol - just a diet coke. We had to leave. I D I O T S

Glad I remembered this. I don't think there's a statue of limitations on reviews?
