Buffalo Wild Wings

i went to bww last week on a sunday 5pm. this is no place for children!!!!!  i don't have any problem with gay people.
but a waiter who i got his name from a manager: mike cox kept making gay gestures towards another male light skinned waiter the whole time he served us , making vulgar statements and kept touching him i'm not sure if they were a couple but it was completely unprofessional he ignored us many times, i got no ranch dressing the alcoholic drink i ordered was watered down and when i found a hair in my food he said just to pick it off.
it was completely awful service and being a faithful customer for 5 years i will never go to this establishment port chester is much better than new rochelle.

Really awesome wings!! Great customer service!!! :] I had the extremely hot wings but wasn't that spicy to me :]

The wings are good.

The service is TERRIBLE, there's really not much more I can say about it. Went there a few times, trying to give it "another shot"  and this place just baffles me each time more and more. The waitress practically sat down with us to take the order, and we had to wait 20 min for our drinks to be refilled while she was chatting away with some friends.  
I get that people have friends visiting them and what not, but I shouldn't have to wait 20 with my mouth burning (wings) for my beer.
Next time you're there,  see how long it takes to get their attention or just to look at you so you can waive... Good Luck!

Also, someone mentioned decor and they are absolutely right. It is so dark and stuffy it can be nauseating.
