Based on drive-thru only*.

Horrible experience over the weekend and I've already took this matter to senior mgmt.
I have frequented this BK for the past 3 years but unapologetically, no more.

I don't understand how utterly confused the person taking orders on Sunday afternoon was, given the place was virtually empty.

Maybe it was due to his lack of skill while taking the drive-thru order or more likely due to his inability to multitask while joking around with co-workers (your mic is on genius) while taking orders, either way, I've never experienced a more inappropriate, hostile, ignorant moron in my life. And That is actually what shocked me considering how low my standards are.. That drove me to write this review....

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else in the area.
