You're not going to find a better deal for a better pizza ANYWHERE in Chicago. My bf is sad that he introduced me to this place, because anytime I'm at his house this is the pizza I want to get. Consistently good, I've grubhubbed a million times and they constantly deliver quality pies. I've stocked up on RC cola, maybe I can start selling it back to them!
Delivery drivers are pretty smart, they call before they get to the door as to not wait in the cold.
The staff of this restaurant were definitely playing the role of Scrooge for this Valentine's day. My boyfriend tried to make my night special by surprising me with a heart shaped pizza for dinner. He personally called the restaurant to see if they would be able to pull off this surprise for me, and they said they could if he ordered an extra large pizza and used a different website (grubhub) to place the order. He did everything they asked, but the pizza that was delivered to my house was not what he ordered.  As it was a SURPRISE gift for me I did not know that the pizza was missing the special quality he requested. As soon as I learned that the pizza was not what he ordered we tried to rectify the situation with the restaurant. The restaurant knew my boyfriend lives in a different state from me, but somehow still blamed him for not checking if it was the right order when I received it. They were overtly rude to him, and implied he was just trying to cheat them to get a free pizza. I imagine a free pizza in Chicago to someone who does not even live in Illinois is about as useless as this restaurant's staff. Still, the restaurant proceeded to yell at him for not telling me what my present was, and refused to correct their mistake because they already sent out  a "whole pizza" to me. To them that was good enough. Â
Also, my family and I have been ordering from this pizza place for the past ten years, Â but after tonight's experience its safe to say never again will we be doing business here again.
SO, YELPERS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! Being rude and mean to somebody just trying to make a night special for their valentine is uncalled for and just bad business practice.
