Mirabell Restaurant & Lounge

It pains me to write this review.  I REALLY want to support local Avondale business - really I do.  But this place is just not good.  It can be fun to drink some large beers in beer garden while staring at the Kmart sign.  The food - it's just not good.

It's ok.  Good service, great beer selection.  
You can find a better German/Bavarian dinner on Irving Park rd.

A german restaurant that finally serves authentic german food (not just brats and pretzels!) - I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and a good old Wiener Schnitzel that reminded me of home! :-)
