The employees need to go for customer service re- training. Â I went to the drive through and as "Matt Y." said, the person taking my order was very ghetto. Â In addition, I waited so long, I parked my car and went inside, to get my order. Â There were at least 10 employees inside, but not very many were working. While the store was clean (it should be, because it's new) I don't plan on going back to that store. Â Fast food doesn't take 15 minutes; and at the very least, they should get your order right.
Review Source:While I agree with Matt Y's comment about putting a BK in the middle of a busy parking lot, overall my experience wasn't that bad. Â (the traffic is kinda a bitch though!) Â I didn't use the drive thru, and opted to eat inside. Â It was clean, and service was much more prompt than I expected. Â Inside, they have a plasma TV with the news on, so that was nice to watch before heading back to work!
Review Source:Somebody is playing a joke right? They have got to be kidding putting a BK in the dead smack middle of an already congested parking lot. Somebody forgot to do customer-training seminars with the employees before they opened for business. First, they have the double line drive through which was a total nightmare within itself. Second they person who receives my order was very ghetto and unprofessional, i.e. "Huh, what you say"? It took forever just to receive a simple #2 combo. I think I will gladly pass this establishment up from now on. As they say, you never get another chance to make a first impression. And they blew their first impression for me.
