Let me start by saying that I have always loved Burger King. There Burgers were the best ever for the longest time. Then slowly the Burger Kings started to disappear. And I think I know why while the food is GREAT. The service is Terrible. This burger king is located in Speedway. I have been here a few times. The past few times the service has been terrible.
1. I went there and they got my order wrong i ordered a combo meal by number and they heard the wrong thing. I told them that when they gave me my order. And instead of apologizing the girl argued with me. I eventually got my order, but damn how rude.
2. The last time i was there it took FOREVER, for somebody to TAKE my order. And it took forever for the food to get to me. At least 5 people ordered after me and left with there food. NO apologies at all about the wait. NOTHING. I will never, ever, go back to this burger king again. And that is sad because there is not that many near me anymore.
