Smashmouth Burgers & Pizza

The prices are high, and the food is just so-so. The burgers are ok, but I thought they had a bit too much seasoning in the beef (making them taste a bit like meatloaf)
The fries though?....they are absolutely horrendous...limp and VERY greasy. My clothes still smell like a deep fryer, and lunch was hours ago. Hostesss/cashier asked us how our food was, and we told her the fries were awful. She sort of blew it off...saying that they trying a new oil. If that's even true, I find it hard to beleive that any restaurant would test out a new oil on their customers...instead of running a few test batches before serving to the customers. Bottomline, I'll never go back.

Great burgers, good staff, very clean and nice decor.  A little pricey though.  The pizza has a good topping, but the crust stinks.  If you're going to have thin crust you have to at least make it crispy.  The pizza is wet and limp.

Delicious burger and fabulous fries. Really like their bistro sauce. Can't wait to try the pizza next time.
