Burro King

If you are living in the Colorado area and thing that all Mexican joints are the same, this place will make you think TWICE!!! Grrrreat food and I mean TASTY! I saw this place as a last minute pitstop to curb my hunger before taking care of business.  The owner was very friendly upon walking in.  The decor in the restaurant is unique and even has pictures of Pancho Villa on their wall.  The establishment itself is quite clean (and so are the bathrooms).

I ordered the beef Machaca Burrito (pic included) while my other half ordered a Chimichanga.  I have to say that whatever that the seasoned bell peppers and onions added to the food adds a taste that is off the chain!  And let me not forget the sauce they put on the side for Chimichangas (and I assume for many other dishes) is just HEAVENLY.  You will enjoy every bite of your food here.  When I come back to Colorado, this is one place I definitely want to look up again :)

Finally stopped in...wish I hadn't. Told the guy I wanted two "cheap smothered burritos" to go. Guy charged me $14 bucks and some change for some half cooked hamburger in a flower tortilla. Wasn't impressed. Got home and took one bite. Me thinks not. I threw it in the trash. My dog wanted to eat it, but I wasn't sure it was worthy of her doggie bowl. Maybe I walked in at the wrong time. Nobody was there except a lady who told me it was her first time there too.

I have ordered breakfast burritos from this place several times because it's super close to my work.  The service is great and the food is fantastic.  Just remember this is not a fast food restaurant and all the burritos are prepaired when they are ordered.  It takes about 5-10 minutes.  

We were working on Christmas Eve and I wanted to do a little Christmas Party that morning for my employees.  The owners of Burro King came in to work over an hour early on Christmas Eve to prepair 26 burritos to go....with no extra charge.  All I had to do was call them earlier that week and set it up.  I showed up there at 7 am and they had everything ready for me.  What kind of business goes that far out of their way for customers?

I thought I should comment after reading prior negative reviews about the customer service.  They have always been great there and I have never had any problems.
