I called at 5pm on a Saturday and was on hold for almost ten minutes before I decided to hang up and just order Papa John's, which at $6.99 for a carryout one topping large pizza (code 699cco for the last year) is only a bit more expensive and certainly tastes better than Blackjack. Â I suggest this place hire someone to answer the phones.
Review Source:Who throws away a pizza? Well I did! And my last order from this Blackjack will be my last. I've ordered Blackjack Pizza over the years and never really had a problem with it - nothing great, nothing bad, probably a solid three stars. But my last order was so disgusting, I don't think I can stomach another.
First of all, the 45 minute delivery turned into an hour and fifteen minutes. Maybe that explains why the pizza and buffalo bites were cold and damp? Now the pizza. I ordered thin crust. It was like a soggy piece of cold and damp cardboard. It didn't have a drop of sauce on it. It was actually chewy (chewy like gum, not chewy like savory and rich). Gross all around. Then the buffalo bites. To me buffalo means hot and spicy. These were bland balls of dough with tiny morsels of chicken in them. Avoid them at all cost. Finally, there's the customer service. I already mentioned how long the order took, but then I went to the site to file a complaint (this was, after all, a $20 order). I told them precisely what I've written here. It's been five days and no response. Apparently they don't value our feedback. Too bad.
