Worst experience with a Marriott in my life. I was stranded in Chicago because the airport got shut down for a night. Their service was horrendous. When I booked the room, I requested a pak-n-play for my 1-year-old daughter. They said it would be in the room when I got there. I asked about it at the front desk and they said that it wasn't there yet, and that they would send one up. After a half hour, it still hadn't come. So, I called to ask again. It took another half hour to get it.
In addition, I ordered room service and had a bug in my food. When I called about it, they did little to make any amends. They made me another meal, and that new meal was cold and of poor quality.
When checking out, they didn't even ask how my stay was. I had to tell them about the problems that I had been having. They said they would comp my room service. After I got an email with the receipt, I found out that they still charged me for my room service.
It was a terrible stay after a long day of traveling/delays.
