Chili's Grill & Bar

This is the worst Chili's I've ever been to (out of 4). The food was terrible and overpriced for what we got.  Husband ordered chicken quesadillas -- simple, right?  These were disgusting - literally 1/2 inch of melted cheese, only tiny slivers of chicken. I got a dinner salad -- everything in salad was chopped so small, it was almost a vegetable puree.  I ordered the same thing in Fredericksburg, VA a few weeks ago and it was very appetizing.  I'm glad some have had good service here. We waited at our table quite a while for a server to show up. The table hadn't been adequately cleaned from previous diners.    Have never had such a bad experience at other Chili's as this one in West York.  We went there with kids about 4 years ago and said we wouldn't go back.  We should have kept our word!  The VERY BEST place we have found for Mexican food in York is El Serrano on East Market Street. Service and food have never let us down in approx 15 years of patronage.

Went yesterday afternoon, got a chicken caesar salad. Nice atmosphere.  Good food as well.

We seldom ever go there but I have learned my lesson and will NEVER order anything there containing ground beef. I made the mistake of ordering a burger there once and it was made with some of the cheapest ground beef I have ever eaten! It was sickening. Stay away from it!
