Choong Hwa Won

I am not really into Asian food, however, since the first time my fiancee took me to this restaurant I fell in love with the vegetable fried dumplings and the brown noodles. The food is very good and fresh; the people are extremely nice and friendly. I do not speak Korean at all, but they always receive me with a smile, therefore I feel very welcome. In addition, they do not stare at us (white girl with Asian boy).

Furthermore, the restaurant is nice and clean, and the service is excellent. They are also pretty fast. I like that.

My boyfriend took me to this place for lunch a couple days ago. I really enjoyed the food there. Great food and large portions at a good value. We ordered jja jjang myun and shrimp fried rice. Both were delicious.

Choong Hwa Won is the best in it's category, which is Chinese food according to Koreans.  The service is good, the portions are big and the food is consistently good.  Definitely don't pass on the gan poong gi.
