People, if you ever buy tickets for a performance at this place don't waste your time getting there early, get there around 10 minutes before closing. Secondly, if you are going to drink, make sure you ask around for the price of drinks! Snappy, low-life bartenders who probably aren't legal will straight up overcharge you for drinks and deny it once confronted. I should have left after I was sold a beer for $10 (a can), and then told by a waitress it was $6.
  Do yourself a favor don't go here. The police in the area are out and about and pulling people over left and right. The demographics suit the Silver Spring and Wheaton, MD area perfectly. So, don't be surprised if you pay a decent amount to see per-se Rakim Y ken Y at 8PM and they don't show till 1:45, and don't be offended with bartenders overcharging drinks and then lying when confronted. Im lucky, I reported it to the manager and I was given my money back. Sloppy experience.
