The smell of disgusting will hit you far before any one actually even acknowledges your presence. And that was after we stood at the bar for several moments while the three "bartenders" were right in front of us. I mean, i bartended for 3 years so i have room to gripe. We had to ask two different people if they were even open. They're cleaning their floors on a holiday in the middle of the day and the staff were clearly about as unenthusiastic as I've ever seen. Clean the stupid floors BEFORE you open you cheap ass management.

No refills on soda, you have to buy another soda in order to get a refill! I already paid a ridiculous $3.50 for my soda and then you expect me to buy another soda for the same price ??? And what happened to the free ice water? They use to bring pitchers of ice water to you, now you have to pay for a bottled water ? I understand it's a movie theater, however, you have basically a restaurant within and it's a complete rip off. The food is bland, nothing very good and the prices are outrageous. Their fries use to be the menus only saving grace, however, they have changed those as well... They now taste completely different as if they came right out of Sam's Club frozen value pack. The theater itself is not, but eat before you go. Quality of the food is maybe at most fair.

Treated very poorly when the theater was experiencing technical difficulties. Went yo La Mis Christmas Night and the theater lost power briefly. The fluctuation in power caused the sound to drop. The theater took over 15 minutes to restore the sound. The portion of the movie without sound is probably the most critical. Following the movie we approached the general mgr on duty Gabriel to see what the theater would do for those in attendance. She was not willing to listen to our dissatisfaction and unaware of exactly what the group of twenty attendees were explaining to her. This is totally unacceptable customer management.
