eh, pretty greasy joint. prices are fair I guess. the pool tables and cues need some massive attention! Girls are hot on the weekends, $14.25 for a pitcher of domestic and $16 for imported. bathrooms are always disgusting and need cleaning at least twice a day. only gave 3 stars because this place is closer and less expensive than gold diggers.
Review Source:Never thought i'd be writing a review HERE, but you know once i got the chance...i must report my findings! Â I'm still unclear how we ended up here...but we did & we had a really good time. Â We were celebrating my honey's 30th birthday & towards the end of the night, a mid -sized group of us ended up here on a Sat night. Â Our party was a mix of couples & single boys. Â
The outside looks run down & maybe a little seedy, but I get my tacos from seedier store fronts, so who am i to judge? Â based on the other reviews, i'm not even sure i entered the same establishment lol. Â I didnt see anything even slightly comparable to acrobatic tricks like other reviews mentioned & we were there around the midnight hour so i would think that would poppin time. Â The place was not full, but definitely busy. ..
so let's get down to the nitty gritty, shall we?  first off, you'll notice there are 3 places to see dancin':  the main stage, the bar stage, & the side with open seating for lap dances (which is in open view...i didnt see anywhere for private dancing).  There are a few lady patrons like me, but mostly of course, boys.  when i think of some of the scary  dudes i saw here last night (tattoos on your fat overlapping skin bald head is oh so sexy) some of these ladies deserve fat tips for not dry heaving &/or bolting out the front door. but a job is a job i suppose.  Oh, and there are tables to sit (all were taken) so i sat at the stage (lol) & that's where it's at, but they do expect you to tip but like another guy said, dont make eye contact, lol.
the talent. Â oh my. Â when i turned 30, i went to the crazy horse in vegas & those ladies on stage are definitely going after a classy, seductive show. Â This...is the opposite, lol. Â I saw feet behind heads, licking the back of kneecaps & bad wigs. Â there's a degree of porny-ness there they're going for. Â I didnt see anyone i thought was WOW or head turning, but I did have a favorite of the night & she was really sweet. Â The ladies will talk to you, walking around & stuff (they want lap dances yo!) & they cost different. Â One was $20 & then i heard another was like ridiculous, like $120. Â I was kinda surprised to see the bar staff wasnt as...i sound awful saying this - but attratctive as i woulda thought. Â Also, at one point, i saw some girl come in with pjs. Â for real?! then one stripper was trying desperately to offer lap dances to us talked the entire night w/ ONE fake eyelash and the other eye had nothing. Â It looked bizarre and i'm positive she had no idea in addition she had a bad wig & a childs tutu on. Â my buddy is pretty confident she was high out of her mind on meth, & idk anything about that, but i do know that was not the look. Â
It's definitely an experience here; i probably wont jump at the chance to come back...
Not a fan of City Lights! I would say 95% of the girls are Fugly! The girls think they are doing me favor by giving me a lap dance. Its the other way around. I am doing them the favor...I feel bad when they keep walking around and get told No by a lot of men. Ladies, get a clue you all aren't meant to be strippers. My review!
Review Source:Wow, what a great time, it wasn't busy and there were plenty of girls. Â I drink beer and it was cheap on happy hour or something. Â I met a bunch of cool girls, the bartender was super cool and kept my drinks coming, my favorite dancer was the tall and smoking hot Stevie, she can talk about anything and the dances are great. Â I also thought Charlie was cool too, but didn't have time for any dances...maybe next time!
I will be back!
A favorite of the Mrs and I when we are in the Fresno area as we have a friend who dances here so we make sure to pay her a visit when in town. The pole inside the bar area is a great idea for those wishing to just hang at the bar and have a few pops, enjoy the view. Then those who wish to move to a table or stage seat, there is a second pole that the ladies move to. City Lights is on the large side compared to most clubs..which is nice. There are plenty of pool tables away from the dance area which allows you to enjoy your game and hear yourself have a conversation. They have a full bar which is ALWAYS worth two stars regardless.
The only down side is the Mrs always ends up buying one or two pairs of shoe's every time we are in this damn place..but then again we also have a stripper pole in our home..
I was visiting a friend in Fresno, and we decided to go out for drinks on a Friday night. Â We ended up driving past this place, which looked a little sketchy from the outside, but once we got inside it was very promising. Â My two main complaints about "adult" bars are (1) a lack of beautiful women employees and (2) disturbing crowds of guys who are taking things way too seriously. Â City Lights avoided both problems.
The dancers were very attractive, and a few were exceptional. Â Paige, Charlie, Kelly, Tiffani, and Stevie all made good impressions on the stage and off. Â Janice gave one of the most acrobatic and exciting shows I've ever seen, and I've been to Vegas. Â
The crowd was a good mix of men and women, old and young, with all races represented and no obvious thugs. Â The club's DJ was not nearly as annoying as some clubs. Â The cover charge is $5, and lap dances are $20. Â With a $17 pitcher of beer, we were both able to get out without breaking the bank.
While the club is advertised as topless, it's really more of a bikini bar with a little toplessness at the end of the second dance by each dancer. Â If you are looking for a good time in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place.
Great Layout, and you would think this isnt important until you go somewhere that feels like your being packed inside. Â The environment is nice and there is space to walk around and sit down. Â Girls aren't pushy but you know, they do their thing, if you make eye contact, they will come and see if you want a dance. Â 20 buck lap dances for 1 song, good deal as long as its not a short song or gets cut off for some reason. Â Girls are 7 and up, okay variety, in my opinion need more Asian girls, but besides that, they are good dancers and very beautiful to look at. Drinks aren't cheap but they do make mixed drinks so if your going with some friends, just be the sober driver to save some cash. While on stage girls do 2 rounds, 1st round to go around, do their thing, top stays on, 2nd round, same thing but much faster, then to middle of the stage and removes top, must tip per round, if you don't a bouncer will kindly come remind you. Â Pool tables in the back with some arcade games, but if your going to play pool, there are way better places. Â Cover charge at the door and if there is a headliner performing that night, it goes up. The 2 stages thing means there is a girl in the middle of the bar dancing in the middle, its very easy to pass on to see the main stage. Â Lap Dances are over to the side, and its okay space wise, but no privacy at all which kinda blows. Â Overall 3/5 but given the choice, Gold diggers is the better deal every time.
Review Source:I went here once with a co-worker sometime around last December to blow off some steam. We were stressed out from work, worrying about our job security, people we had to watch out for, etc... This was the first and only time I've been to a strip club, so I didn't know at all what to expect. We went on a weekday night, and it happened to be amateur night. It was only a $5 cover, and the pitchers were cheap so we sat down at a table with a few.
The place itself was pretty much what I expected. Nothing glamorous, just a road-house looking bar with women performing topless on the stage. They had pool tables in the front, and benches around the outside of the tables for people who wanted to throw their money away on lap dances.
We had a good time, though. Both of us got smashed, drinking pitcher after pitcher. The girls (on stage) that night were pretty cute, I wasn't expecting much of a show or anything coming into the place but they performed very WELL especially considering it was "amateur" night. The waitresses and bartenders were all friendly and accomodating. Even the strippers in their off-time between dances were real cool, they came over to the table and talked with us without ever trying to push us into buying lapdances.
Just when we were about to leave, (we had work the next morning, and it was already like 12:45) a group of guys sat down at the table next to us and invited us to drink with them. We didn't end up leaving 'til closing. This place gets 4 stars for all the friendly, cool people there, reasonable drinks, and low cover charge. I was expecting to see a bunch of rude drunks and horny old dudes, (well, there were the horny old men you could tell were regulars, they were the ones buying all the lapdances) but everybody there was into having a good time.
Great place to get drunk with your friends and relieve stress. The place may seem kinda shady from the outside, but nobody in there wants to start a fight. I hope the place didn't close down as a previous poster suggested, I haven't been there since but I've heard Gold Diggers' is a dive next to this place, so call and make sure they're open before you take the long drive out there.

My ladies wanted something to do, so someone suggested this place. Â It was amature night so she assumed that it would have been better than what we seen. Â (She now says Golddigger's is a better joint, but I haven't been there, so I can't yelp about it.) Â Anyways, we were there for a good 15-20 minutes and took off. Â I wasn't feeling the scene either, at least have some HOT girls up there. Â The damn waitress said we HAD to purchase a drink. Â Fck that, I don't have to do anything. Â Even if I did buy a drink, I wouldn't have tipped her.
More than likely I'll think twice about going to this place again. Â Hopefully I'll have a better experience at other strip clubs elsewhere.
