My party stumbled in by accident. We sat on the patio where the vibe was corner-bar friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying a beautiful summer night.  I'm happy to say I had the tastiest cheeseburger I've had in ages and a price that was a treat~  I'll be back for burger Mondays again!

The decor inside is nicer than it looks from the outside. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of beer - they had a lot of craft cans to choose from that were $3 on happy hour.
I had a burger - it was a pretty standard burger. It was cooked perfectly, but there was nothing particularly standout about it. It's nice to know you can get a decent meal here.

Love the staff here, great sounding music when it's on. An excellent place to watch Bronco games! Big tv's that can be seen from most seats, and excellent smoked wings. The beer selection is great, it's fun to look in the coolers and see beers you don't find often because the only come in cans. A hidden gem with a great view over the lake looking towards downtown.

As someone who carries a beer coozie in her purse, I approve the The Cooler's "all cans" theme. These days, canning beer, rather than bottling it, is becoming more popular, so to have a bar that only serves cans doesn't really limit the selection too much.

I was able to get several craft beers all in cans. Plus, the cheese curds were good, as were my fries.

The place is clean and for the most part pretty chill. It has the feeling of a suburb bar more than a city bar, but I really enjoyed my evening here.

Kind of a hidden gem here.  Little hole-in-the-wall place, but with a seriously cool vibe.  Beer is plentiful (tons of different cans), cheap, and cold.  The food is unique, delicious, cheap, and filling.  And the staff is amazing!  Polite, funny, precise, fast, and doing it all with a smile.  I will be back when I'm in the neighborhood for sure.

Great Atmosphere to watch a game. Huge beer selection, and what makes this place different is the beer selection is mainly can beer. God number of craft beers, such as a selection from Maui Brewing Co. It keeps this place unique. Everyone was very polite. Food was very good but not the healthiest of options so count this as a cheat meal.

Good local spot... love the beer selection... if I was a beer junkie...

noetheless cool place to chill, drink, and shoot pool.

Went here for a quick lunch around noon on a weekday. The place wasn't too busy, just steady and the bartender was also the server for everyone. She was incredibly sweet and attentive to everyone and therefore the service rocked.

I ordered the quesadilla app. with a garden salad. The food was average but I think priced a little too high for the quality.

To drink I ordered the alcoholic pink lemonade which was actually very tasty.

The table was sticky, the blue cheese dressing was super watery, and what I thought was cottage cheese was actually sour cream - just to give you a visual.

Overall, this is a good place to grab a cheap drink and chat with friends for a bit but not really good for anything else.

Will probably only come back if dragged by friends or if I have to meet someone there.

The food is so bad, it its hard to know where to begin. The service was fairly bad. The Coors Light draft was cold and fresh.

I'm torn, half of what makes a great bar for me is the atmosphere and this place has the wrong vibe for me. As I walked in "Green Eyed Lady" was blaring through the loudspeakers and I thought cool! Well halfway through the song they switched over to some dance party type music... Is that what dubstep sounds like? It wouldn't be wrong for a lot of folks that don't mind loud for the sake of loud and beer for the sake of drunk but for kicking back and talking... depends on the mood I guess. I wasn't in the mood. Decent beer selection with some nice brands thrown into the mix, nice waitstaff, not my cup errrr can of beer though.

I've passed this place a few times when I'm in this area, albeit somewhat rarely. However, maybe 2 months ago, I broke the Casa Bonita cherry and prior to meeting at Casa Bonita, I stopped in with friends for an impromptu HH. I got here quite early and was able to secure a table, which turned out to be a good idea.

I was surprised at how busy this place was, although it was a Friday evening, so it shouldn't have been. The decor is pretty interesting, as it appears to be all cans. Providence makes a point of all beers they carry are served in cans, which is very different. However, at this point, I don't think I was even a beer drinker, so I have no opinion on canned beer, yet. ;-)

Some of the patrons are very friendly. Since I got there early, I ordered a drink. One of the regulars introduced herself and told me about the specials. I almost thought she worked there, but she just knew the specials, really, really well. LOL

The Cooler offers a Happy Hour every day from 3-7 pm and on Fridays, there is a second HH from 10 pm to 2 am. While I waited for others in my party to arrive, I had a seat and had several different servers to take orders for drinks, food and later to close out the tab, which was a bit confusing, but eventually we got it all sorted out.

I'm giving The Cooler 4 stars. While I wouldn't go way out of my way to stop here particularly, the food was pretty good and there were a plethora of choices from typical bar food to some semi-healthy choices, which is nice to find in a bar, so I was pretty happy. If I were out in the Sloan's Lake hood, I would definitely stop in for a drink without hesitation.

The Cooler is not a bad spot, but I wouldn't clamor or lobby for one in my neighborhood.  I've been finding myself in this strip mall pretty often lately, and there are always a few weirdoes hanging out around the doors and on the patio.

The beer list is surprisingly pretty good.  As their schtick is beer in cans (and a lot of craft beers are coming in cans these days), their selection includes offerings from Oskar Blues, Ska, and Maui Brewing Co among the old-school kitschy favorites like Olympia.  Beers are $2 or $3 during HH which goes until seven.

Food is also surprisingly not bad.  It's reasonably priced and it's evident that they make their own salsa and guac for the nachos.

As Tiffany W mentions, service can be spotty.  Sometimes you're inundated by servers....and well....sometimes you're not.  And when you're not, it's usually time to settle up and leave.

But seriously, what is up with the rump-thumpin' booty music?  On our last visit, our booth was vibrating from all of the bass.  It's not LoDo, it's Edgewater.  Take note.

I'm between a three and a four on this one.  They have a good happy hour, a good beer list, and the food is a'ight for bar food.  However, the service can be hit or miss; while the servers are generally friendly, the timing can be inconsistent.  I learned on Friday that they're of the "everyone is your server" school of waitstaff, which can be good because then anyone can help, but it's a double-edged sword because not everyone can know if a table has been taken care of, etc.

Still, the happy hour alone makes it worth a stop: $3 cans/drafts (some exclusions), $3 wells and house wines, and $3.50 daily specials can't be beat.  For a tasty treat, try the Maui Brewing Co.'s Coconut Porter.  It's like the lightness of a sandy beach combined with the rotundness of a Porter--it's good stuff.  Their nachos are also pretty decent (good chips, evenly distributed toppings), and they serve waffle fries in case a faithful standby is needed.

Parking can get a little dicey because it's a cramped one-way lane strip mall thing that lets out onto Sheridan at a few spots or leads to an actual lot (that only lets out headed west on 20th [and U-Turns are technically marked illegal at the end of the cement divider]).  Regardless, I've never had trouble finding a parking spot.  Also, noise level can get pretty blasty, but that's typical of a bar so whatevs.  I'll continue to visit The Cooler because overall, as the three stars indicate, this place is A-OK in my book.

P.S. The bathrooms (at least the ladies') takes the Cooler theme upon itself, with silver walls that make it seem like a walk-in ...cooler.

In preparation for some black friday shopping, mama and I took advantage of our childless evening and stopped here to fuel up before the festivities.  They have Cheap beer and Decent food. However the burgers needed salt and pepper to make the favors blossom.
There is a happy hr special everyday, 2 dollar domestics 3 dollar import and craft brew. I helped myself to a few cans of PBR to prep for our shopping adventure.
The waitstaff was a tad lack luster, I had to summon the gentleman waiting on our table for each round even though the place wasn't terribly busy.   Overall not bad. Lots of tv's and sports so it would be a good place to catch a game.

Service is good, decor is cool, the food is good, and it's a good location to meet up at, but it's not my type of bar to really hang out in. I don't watch sports, and there's no pool table to preoccupy me when everyone else is. Outdoor space is nice. Haven't been in a while though, so I might try it out again and re-review next time I'm in that part of town.

P.S. Even if you love avocados (as I do) and fried things (as I do) ... fried avocados really don't work. Sorry.

Dog friendly patio + $5 cheeseburgers on Monday = win.

It is a nice little bar.  Across from Sloan's lake but you can't really see the lake that much, I would not go there for the view so not sure why everyone keeps mentioning it. But it is still a nice spot.

I work in the neighborhood, so it's nice to have a spot like this to get away from the office during lunch. It's not quite a 4 star.. but I would say a little higher than a 3.

The service is... not bad, but not exceptional either. They definitely aren't in a hurry!

The food is great if you like bar food. There are only two salads on the menu- so there aren't too many healthy options. But in regards to bar food it's delish.

The view is great, but it's facing a busy street with a busy parking lot- but it's the only place I know of with a "lake" view in Denver!

    Yay! I'm Still a Fan.
Had amazing BBQ sannie at The Cooler last week!
Food has never been a disappointment and the barstaff recommended the BBQ= another hit.

Service is always prompt and reliable.

Oh yeah-- with the $1.50 pints for Happy Hour you will want to have more than one btw... just sayin

Um, yes please.  I want to go back there, like right NOW.  This bar is so awesome, and Bryan and I had the BEST time for one of those 'after-brunch-let's-get-crunked' kinda days.  I was completely fascinated with how many beers in cans they serve here (about a 100 I believe)!  I started off with one of my go-to favorites: a Strongbow tall boy.  Bryan channeled his hometown roots, and went with an Old Style.  We saw a cream ale that he had never heard of, so we just had to split that too.  I ended with one of my favorite beers: Avery White Rascal.  Delicious in a can, btw!

During this complete awesomeness of beer drinking, our lovely bartender introduced us to a glorious treat:  Whipped Cream flavored Vodka.  Yep, you heard me right....whipped f-ing cream!  It was delicious on it's own...but then she "whipped" up (ha) a heavenly concoction called the Orange Julius Shot:  whipped cream vodka, OJ, and sprite.  OMFG.  It was sooo yummy that we bought a bottle of that vodka on the way home, and made a giant pitcher of them.  So good!  THEN....as if that wasn't enough....she made us Root Beer Mind Erasers (made with root beer flavored vodka).  Again...so delicious...tasted exactly like a root beer float!

I really do love this place, and can't wait to go back!  So why only 4 stars?  Well, it was a little bit on the pricey side...so we might want to hit up HH next time.  Also, the cans that are under the bar were a little dangerous...quite a few of them had big holes with sharp edges.  They covered a lot of them with duct tape, but need to keep that up.  Probably a hazard if wearing shorts...and pretty drunk.  But other then that, it's a super cool little bar.  Can't wait to go back and try the food, which looked great!

I wish "The Cooler" had even gone farther with the theme of canned beer. I was a little underwhelmed when I stepped in. I saw the canned beer on the wall - okay; I was just expecting more "beer themed decor", somehow. In the end, it looks like any other suburban bar.

I had Shiner Bock in the can - cool. I listed to the sausagefest behind  me describe the best strain of bud  - "Dude, we sat there for like thirteen hours straight." FYI: Lemon Kush.

Anyway, the acoustics suck here (or maybe it was just the loud music); the place wasn't full but you had to TALK REALLY LOUD just to have a conversation. The bill was cheap: Less than $18 for two SB and multiple Coors Draws.

Bright sunny patio next to parking lot; plenty of parking on the side and back. The layout isn't great. Can I walk next to the cooler? (Didn't see anybody else do this...........) Its hard to walk around without bumping into people or chairs when you get a crowd in.

Oh, and one thing that bothered me. I gave my cc to the female bartender; she rang it up and then left it on the counter, while she walked around the room to do other stuff. I saw it sitting on the counter. That kind of irritated me.

And yes, it is WC accessible, as I saw two ladies in cherried-out WCs roll in when I was leaving.

I could give The Cooler four stars right off the bat for having Strongbow tall boys. So I will. I went last weekend for a bike show. Which in all honesty, was lame. But I met some buddies there which made it tolerable. I'm going to take a star away for the bike show, because it was lame. But give one back for having some friends there. So I'm still at four. Are you with me?

Anyway, It's a cool little spot in a strip mall section right across from Sloan's Lake. Beautiful views of the city, I tell you what! They have the largest selection of canned beers I've seen at ANY bar. They also serve food, but I didn't try anything this time. The entire staff was super friendly, and the place was very clean for a bar. I look forward to trying the food next time.

Great local bar!  The staff is always freindly and the refills keep coming.

The food is very good. I recomend the fried pickles for a App.  The buffalo chicken wrap, wings, burger and pulled pork are all also awesome.

The cooler also draws a great crowd.  Come by and enjoy all the flavor this bar has to offer!

I'm a New Yorker & very picky about the bars that I go to back home.  I was really skeptical about the Denver bar scene, but The Cooler has made a convert out of me.  They have 96 beers in cans & several on tap.  I had quite possibly the best tap PBR here last night.  I enjoyed myself so much that I went back there for lunch today.

The food is good & reasonably priced.  I really liked the deep fried avocado (something that I've never heard of before) & the wings.  They smoke the wings then fry them which gives it an amazing flavor.  I wasn't such a big fan of the fried cheese curd though.

Good food, great beers, helpful staff & an amazing view of Sloan Lake.  This is my new favorite spot in Denver.

Beer cans line the walls.  The bar is the center of the building.  The patio is more like an after thought to the place.  It is really just a typical bar.  Why wouldn't you come here!?!

Seriously though, I have never had a bad experience at the Cooler.  It really is an average, run of the mill bar with some great food.  Any place that you can get over 100 types of beer rocks and the menu, including the ahi tuna and fried pickles is sure to please just about everyone.

A great place to go for a casual beer and burger.  Why the three stars?  There are a few other places that I would pick first, but for a last minute stop, I'm in.

I live near here and frequent it on occasion. Oddly enough, other than a few faces, I rarely see the same staff working week to week. Not sure if that's just me or not. The service can be spotty. It's been quite good at times, and fairly dreadful at others.

The food is decent, just bar grub. I mostly go there for the Natural Light. Any bar that stocks natty light gets my business.

This place is awesome. I can't wait to go back! We stopped here on our way back from the dog park one Friday afternoon during happy hour. Not only were the servers incredibly nice to us, but they brought a bucket of water out for the dog!

Their menu is small, but contains very original food options, like deep fried catfish and chips and Carolina bbq pork sliders. The appetizer menu is smaller portions of their meal options, minus the chips and cole slaw. Their homemade chips are to die for, by the way. So crispy and awesome.

The beer menu for this list is insanely long. You are sure to find something satisfying to whet your whistle at this local watering hole. While we were scanning the long beer menu, the bartender told us that every single beer on their menu is ordered regularly and restocked often. I found that hard to believe considering how many there were!

I am definitely going back to this place. And I think I'll bring the dog!

    Food-4
    Service-5
    Prices-2

I like the Cooler. I've been in a bunch of times since I moved to the area. The service always been top notch (out of 10+ times visiting). The canned beer selection is great and beer is reasonably priced. The view of Sloan's Lake & downtown is fantastic. The crowd is young. They have $5 lunch specials which is nice because I work & live nearby.

The liquor is VERY expensive. We ordered 2 Bullmeisters  one night and before we saw the tab ordered 2 more and our tab was $50. I'm just glad I didn't see the price while I was drinking - I might have choked. I don't know what they charge for Crown, but I'm scared to find out. I honestly haven't ordered liquor there since the $12 Bullmeisters. When I go out to drink, I like to drink Crown & PBR so I typically only go to The Cooler to drink when I'm celebrating or have money burning holes in my pockets.

My husband and I tried this place about a week back because he works for another location the little pub company owns, so we figured why not try it out.

They have a great selection of canned beers, I want to say 98? They even have a Jim Beam and Coke can! That was the first time I've seen one of those. Not to mention the great view of downtown, and Sloan Lake..with a nice outdoor patio.

My husband and I both ordered a couple of beers, and over the course of our stay we ordered a few apps. We started off with the Catfish Nuggets, which came with the seasoned waffle fries. They were both DELICIOUS. The catfish had a nice, crispy corn like batter, and the fish was really tasty. The waffle fries, well whats really to say, everyone loves waffle fries, and the seasoning on them is great.

The next item we got was the cheese curds, I thought they were quite delicious, for my first time having them. They were just like mini mozz sticks. They were just the right amount of crispy and soft. Very good.

The last thing we had were the homemade chips with ranch. In my experience any homemade chips are great, and these chips don't make an acception to that rule. They were really good.

The bartender was great, we recieved great service, we always had a new can when we needed it, and he was constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all we enjoyed the food, and will def be going back.

I am a Harley whore .... it is just that simple. So it comes as no surprise that when a man with a big, shiny, sexy Harley rings me and says, " Hey it's nice out today how about you and I go for a ride ?" My response is, " Oh Hell Yes !!!!" Oh and you picked a kid free day!!! Once I stopped dancing like a schoolgirl I donned my jeans, sunglasses, sunscreen, kick ass Yelp t-shirt and I was ready to roll.

The food here is really, really, really, good. I am also quite possibly a food whore so I know just what I'm talking about. When I say really I really mean it. As if the food during our last visit wasn't enough to convince me, this visit was. Really!

As we were having A LOT of fun, and laughs while shooting pool our tummies reminded us that it was time to add some food to our drinks. Most definitely a wise choice. OK ..their " House Chips" I believe they are called?? EFFIN' AMAZING !!!!! I actually thought there could be words or actual physical violence as we gazed at each other, hands perched over basket, stink eye engaged with one chip left. He was my ride so I gave in and also wanted to keep his manhood in check. The wings??? Oh HELL YEAH !!! Teriyaki was the route we took, but I am certain that all varieties would be delish. So sure I am going back to prove myself right. Finger licking, perfectly flavored, lots of meat, happiness. Whoo Hoo!!!!

Also, my beloved Christine was there again. I adore her. As she noticed me she asked, " Oh you were here a couple of weeks ago right ??? You look a lot less domestic today!" I had traded two kids for a man and a Harley. It was a most hilarious and accurate description. Mind you Dan and I can be quite a handful when out having fun, she handled our antics flawlessly! I am a 5 star fan of The Cooler and Miss Christine. Oh and Harleys and food and men ...just sayin' .....

Great food and great drinks. And their waffle fries are delicious! Only been there once, but I plan on going back. They could use a little more space, but other than that, it was pretty chill.

Additionally, they have a great canned beer selection...probably one of the best in town.

If the owners of The Cooler are reading this, I have one BIG recommendation for you: fire your sucky servers. In particular, the one with the long brown hair and lots of eyeliner, who doesn't smile and would rather hang out at the bar than deal with her customers (who are obviously a huge, inconvenient burden on her socializing).

After we'd finished eating (our dishes were cleared by another girl), it took her nearly 30 minutes to bring us our tab. It took another 15 for her to come pick it up. All this was done with a surly sneer and a big, exaggerated sigh, like "NOW what do you want?" My husband didn't want to tip her at all, but because I'm nice (and have worked in the Service Industry myself) I insisted on leaving 10%. She sure didn't deserve it.

Other than that, I really liked The Cooler! The decor is totally eco-rad, and gives the word "recycling" a whole new vibe. The location is sweet; how often do you find a waterfront patio in Denver? Big, well-placed flat screen TVs all around the bar insure that, whatever your game of choice might be, you'll be viewing it in style. The fried avocado app is beyond delish. Yes, I realize I just abbreved two words in the same sentence (and a third to describe it). That's just how I rock it sometimes. The Cooler has a lot going for it and could really be an amazing place... if only they'd "can" some of those crappy servers.

    Ha. That was funny.

The Cooler is a well kept sports bar located adjacent to Sloan's Lake with a great view of the city from the outside but a little noisy because it's right on Sheridan.  And if you go on a windy day, you'll immediately want to go inside.  My eyes were watering and we'd only sat out for 10 minutes before we went in.

I really did like the very vinegary North Carolina BBQ sauce that came with my pulled pork sandwich; I kept dipping the homemade chips in it because it was so tangy.  Nice.  SV's burger was good with the seasoned waffle fries.  The beer selection was excellent but nothing stood out as being out of the ordinary.

Except for the fried cheese curds.  Boo-ya.  Those were über-terrific.  Served piping hot in a teeny container with no additional sauce because none is necessary.  I'd go back just for those.

For those that like their sports, there are many TVs around the bar for armchair quarterbacking/basketballing.  The Cooler is a nice place after a couple of laps around Sloan's and if you're tired of Asian-centered cuisine during the Dragon Boat festival.

To start off, the food was better than most bars and the Cooler burger was excellent along with great cheese curds all for a reasonable price. But...

The service was horrible. I go out A LOT and the wait staff there is some of the worst in Denver as far as attitude goes. Jesus, I was much nicer to the waitress than she was to me. Just acted like we were a huge pain in her ass.

Another odd thing was the clientele. They kept looking at us as though we were freaking aliens. They were blocking the exit while we tried to leave and refused to move even after we said "excuse me" twice. They just stared at us so we went out the patio exit. I felt like I was in Deliverance. I go out in Edgewater frequently since my friend lives there and have never had this sort of experience in Sloan's or the Tavern.

So...I will probably stick to the other bars in Edgewater and keep hitting Cap Hill to meet cool people...

I'm the first to admit I like a bar with a theme. I especially like when the bar goes whole hog with the theme and so that is quite a lot of The Cooler's appeal for me. In case you don't know The Cooler's theme is beer in a can. They offer at least 30 different version (and even one can full of whiskey and ginger ale!) and when I was there I heard they wanted to get that list up to 100. Whoa. Thattsa lotta cans!

They also have cans lining the bar in lieu of other paneling and cans all over the walls. They even have collections of seriously old cans. It's super cool.

With the beer cans is a sports bar sort of atmosphere. There are plenty of flat screens around the bar and a giant scoreboard is part of the décor.

The thing that sets this bar apart from other sports bars though is the food offering. Sure, the have the basic burgers, etc. But, they also have plenty of wraps and salads included one made with a rare-seared ahi tuna and tomato vinaigrette. Sounds good, doesn't it? I'd also like to mention they sell waffle fries if any of you out there are like me and love potatoes in unusual forms.

Trivia here is super fun, the service is exceptionally good and the prices are more than fair. It just has that good neighborhood-y sports bar feel to it and I like that.

    This place is about beer.
    Beer in cans.
Beer in cans from around the country.
Beer in cans from around the country for about 3 bucks.
I opted for a Rolling Rock (first time in a can for me) and a Schlitz.

Tonight was Geeks Who Drink trivia night, and my first time here, and my first Yelp event. I see from it's website it's another link in the little pubco chain. Nice ambiance & a great view of Sloans Lake. Downside was my appetizer of chipotle flavored smoked wings did not thrill. Other than that, it was a fine time & nice bar.

Rolled in after a particularly disappointing meal at El Camino in search of a beer.

Love the view of Sloans Lake & Downtown, awesome!

Service, eh, not so much, but it looked like service was much better if you sat at the bar.

Didn't eat there, but the menu was your basic fried bar food, which totally fits this can-serving bar.

Nice patio! I will definitely be headed back when the weather warms up (perhaps after a jog around the lake).

They do Geeks Who Drink Trivia here on Tuesday nights, so I will definitely have to check that out.

Good spot, easy to find, lots of parking, tons of beer (both in a can and on tap). PBR drafts during HH are only $1.75!!

Ugh I am still a fan cause they have great (expensive for goddamn cans) beer but last time I went the bartender was such a douche. Left a nasty, gravel-y taste in my mouth.

Ok, granted he was the only tender there on a Thursday night...he was just super rude. When he would serve you a beer and you say "thank you" nothing in return, no nod, eye contact, "you're welcome" nothin. And you had to flag him down for another tho we were sitting right at the bar.

Don't blame the Cooler for the black out, blame the balloons!

A group of Charger fans and I tried a new bar Sunday to watch the Chargers v. Bills game, based on a rumor that the bar tender wears a Chargers Jersey. it's true, she does!

The Cooler is a cool little neighborhood bar, right across the street from Sloan's Lake at Sheridan and 20th, awesome downtown view as well. There is a nice sized patio for when the weather is nice, and the bar is a good size as well.

With several TVs there was no issue getting your teams game on. unfortunately it seems the Buffalo Bills like to throw parties right next to electrical transformers. The Cooler seems to have a good following and there is room to grow.

Aside from the cheap, but great, old school canned beer (most was around $2/can), the menu was simple, but with a nice twist. I tried the fried avocado wedges, AMAZING! they were so good, I made them at home the next day, although mine were not as good. Fried pickles, anyone from the south will know all about that, were great, I also had the catfish and chips, a cute little twist on the British pub staple, you get a whole cat fish fillet, lightly fried served on a plate of what looked like home made chips.

the staff is excellent and fun, our waitress didn't blink an eye when we told her we needed to split the bill four ways.

check it out for football, world series, hockey or just a couple drinks with friends, if you don't like it I'll buy you a can of Hamms (my new favorite beer).

The Cooler has several kinds of cans of beer, hence the name "The Cooler".  They have a decent selection of all kinds of beer and also feature a few on tap.  It's in a nice location across the street from Sloan's Lake and you also get a decent view of the Denver Skyline.

The decor of this place is unique and I like how they've actually used cans of beer to decorate with.  Also go see Kimberly B, she is the sexiest bartender out there! WOO HOO!

I imagine this would also be a great place to catch some Sunday football games.

The Cooler seems is named for the coolers full of can beer...yes can.  They do have draft beer, liqour and a bit of wine but it's the selection of can beer that is the niche for this place.  It is located across the street from Loans lake and has a large patio to hang out with a view.
The decor/atmosphere is dive barish but is on an endcap of a small strip center so it has that feel also.
The bartender was a talkitive, tatted up chick with a good personality with a constant smile.  The crowd on a Sat. night was busy but not packed.
SO if you want a new dive bar type a place with a view and enjoy a good, cold can of the beer, this is it.
