Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food was hot and tasted great.  The service was quick and friendly.  They would have earned 4 stars except when I went to buy a loaf of Sourdough bread at the checkout they tried to give me bread that had a date 4 days prior written on it.  Where else can you get a decent sized portion of biscuits and gravy with excellent bacon for $4.50 though?

Tonight I ordered the grilled pork chops,boiled red potatoes , string beans,and turnip greens  to go. I must say after a surprising short wait my food was brought out .. but my order was missing a chop. I told the manager and he quickly called to correct the mistake? He even notice that the price on my check was higher than it should have-been.

The food was great ! The pork chops  were tender and juicy , all of the veggie were very good. I must say that I order from this Cracker Barrel often and the Manager is Awesome I didn't get his name .. But he's the only one with a case on his hand/arm . He has the warmest smile and genuine concern for his customers .
