The Crosby

Fantastic lobster tacos and sweet potato fries! Cool atmosphere!

Saturday nights at The Crosby can be quite crowded given the size of the place and popularity of the DJ. On the positive side there is no cover charge, no dress code, and dj's are pretty darn good if you're into old school underground hip hop. If you're standing on the edges of the main room you will have to deal with the waiter constantly running back and forth and beams of flash light in your face from the security to clear the walkway for the waiter, which is very annoying. There is not much dancing going on other than people bobbing their heads. I'm not sure if this is due to the lack of space or just the general vibe of the place. There is an outside patio if you need fresh air as it can get pretty hot inside or need a smoke.

I've been here a few times, to me it's tiny the food's average I found that this place was not a good fit for us. I totally realize that their aim is for a totally different demographic.
We had sweet potato fries, and sandwiches the best thing was that they has Red Strap (star?) beer.
