Bacon-mari appetizer was on special for $5.99; bacon wrapped around mochi rice cake and deep fried with hot sauce for dipping.  Turned put to be better than expected.  The super spicy chicken is not a joke; coming or going.  The only way to get rice is to order the doshirak rice box, now $1.99, but still decent.  I'd say the flavored soju isn't watered down, it just has no soju. Drank 2 bottles by myself and barely had a buzz.  Still had a good time.  The cute Korean server was beyond adorable.

This place is awesome, very low key and reasonably priced. The soju mixed with yogurt is delicious; order them separately and combine them yourself to determine your own comfort level. Spicy food and soju is the best combination! I love their spicy pork.

First impression: This place is completely dead at 8:00pm on a weeknight. I imagine it gets bumpin' bumpin' as the evening wears on. Second impression: Rice Box for a dollar?? Whaaaaa where was this when I was in college. Rice + Egg + Kimchi. Um hello, complete meal that better for you AND cheaper than drive thru fast food. Sign me up!

We came for the Tapoki...which I still don't exactly know what it is...but I *think* it's stir fried rice cake in a sweet spicy sauce and there are infinite variety of this. There were noodles, onions, hardboiled egg, some bean curd all swimming in a red sauce. Sweet...
