Family Karaoke

This is a wonderful karaoke establishment. I have been here many times and I love the atmosphere in here.  There is a mixed crowd (all nationalities and ages) which I look for when going to a karaoke place because it is less intimidating opposed when it is all one nationality or one age group.  The chicken wings are very good and the bartenders give a really good pour on their mixed drinks.  They also have an extensive collection of songs.  Would definitely recommend to others.

They use a Taijin karaoke song book from Korea.  It makes it really hard to know what songs are in the system unless you flip through every page and hope it's in there.  

I know it's not their fault, but they could do a better job of letting people know what top 40/top 100 songs are in the machine rather than having to exhaustively flip through the book.  

I really wish Taijin/Ziller Media had an easy to find online song book online somewhere in English.

Once you get past that and your friends load it up with Bon Jovi and Sinatra songs, you'll find Kesha and Britney Spears and you will be forced to sing them in front of friends.  It's alright though because no one sings worse than Kesha does herself.

We've had a great time every time we've gone.  Make sure they explain how the system works and where the English song book is and you're fine.  

Facility is clean, staff is nice, and they love large parties.  

Make sure to book your reservation several days in advance as they fill up fast as the night wears on.  The place gets a lot livelier later in the evening, so don't be put off if the place is empty at 8pm at night, you're just way too early for the crowd.

Also to note:  Since it's private rooms, they search for people sneaking booze in pretty hard.  Save yourself the trouble because they will eject you when they catch you sneaking a full size bottle of vodka into the place.  I've seen them do it.

Best house specials are the fruity soju cocktails.  We especially enjoyed the strawberry pineapple soju.

Private rooms. Felt a little shady at first, but a great time. Need more like this in the metroplex.
