If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Â I recently ordered food from JT's Sports Pub, and it took Delivery Express over three hours to get my food to me. Â This was after they called me and told me they were rushing my food to me. Â At that point, it still took an hour and a half to get my food. Â The manager of JT's called me to say that no one had picked up the order, so I do not blame them for the situation. When the delivery driver finally showed up at my house, he appeared dazed and under the influence of some kind of drug. Â Â For the ridiculous fees that Delivery Express charges, you're better off getting your food yourself.
