Went with a party of 8 tonight. We were the only table. On a Friday night- that is high tide. The brushcetta was excellent. The bread was fresh and tomatoes delicious. I had a shrimp cocktail, they were medium size should have been Jumbo. Salad was weak, Two slices of plum tomato ,sliced onion and sliced olive. For an entree  I had the linguine with escarole and white clam sauce. The linguine was a little overcooked.
Review Source:I've had mixed reuslts here, although admittedly its been awhile. Â First time I got penne alla vodka, which was great with a very nice flavor. Â The next time, I got penne w/ broccoli rabe, sundried tomatoes, and chicken which wasn't good. Â They screwed up the broccoli rabe,, the pasta was too soft, and there wasn't enough chicken. Â Although they have the old school pedigree, from what I hear avoid the place if their hosting a large party, as their kitchen can't handle the pressure. Â I would like to try the place in the near future, but I have a few other places on my plate first. Â For now, I'll say it can be hit or miss.
