Very poor customer service. Just called with questions about joining a league and all the guy could say was "You want to sign up or not, I'm busy!" Maybe a more appropriate way to handle it would have been, "I'm kind of busy right now, can I call you back?" Needless to say, I won't be spending my money there.
Review Source:They charge you by the hour (per lane) not per person. Which is reasonable if you have a large group of people, but not so affordable on a Saturday night when it's just two people (as it's about $33 an hour per lane). It's still fun though! The staff is friendly, and their bar prices are only a little bit more than reasonable. On weekend nights they have cosmic bowling, which is pretty neat. I liked that the DJ played more classic rock than cheesy pop.
The huge negative about this place is all the kids. Huge groups of them, with no parental supervision. I felt like I was in Jr. High.
Best value is to get the authentic Happy Birthday bowling pin for your kid to autograph on for $10.
Otherwise, outing here is what you'd expect from a bowling alley - pricing is moderate considering Sunday peak hours and service is okay.
Main thing is our kids had fun.
What sucked the most was my score!
