Donna Mite Inn

OMG This place is truly a dive bar and one that I would never go to unless I didn't have too go.  I don't hand out many 1-star ratings, but I really had no choice because you can't give less than 1.

I had to go here tonight because of APA Pool League, but the home team we were suppose to shoot against didn't even bother showing up.

As for the establishment.... It was dark and dingy when we arrived at 6pm, which is during happy hour at most places. Forget happy hour, Donna Mites does not have one. Also if you are hungry do not expect to eat if you come here, they do not have a kitchen and do not serve any food at all. The table we sat at while waiting for the dead line for the other team to show up was filthy from someone eating takeout food from the night prior... the barmaid apologized and then wiped washed the table down. This means the food residue was there all night and day as the pool area was unused since last night.

The only think my wife and I are happy about is that we got to try a new restaurant for dinner because Donna Mite does not have food.

Donna Mite has two pool tables that look to be in really good shape. I've played on them one other time.

At some of the other dive bars we go to for pool league I have written "If you don't expect much you won't be disappointed", well that doesn't even apply here.... they are worse than not expecting much, because they really do not have anything redeeming to offer any patron other than two decent pool tables.

While technically they have a full bar, don't expect much, because they have a very small selection to choose from.

Drinks are pricey.
