    I try and eat at Elly's Pancake house at least once every time I am in Chicago.  This is a pretty typical Pancake house, except that it is AWESOME!  They change up their specials and usually have seasonal breakfast's that are delicious!  I would recommend Elly's to anyone that is hungry!  It is usually busy, the parking can be a pain sometimes however, no matter how busy it looks on the inside they always get my wife and I seated very quickly with no wait!  Great service, huge menu, delicious coffee!

    I have nothing bad to say at all!  It looked like it would be packed and we would have to wait forever, but we waited 5 minutes for a table.  The food was awesome, the juice is fresh - if you're in that area go for it - you won't be dissapointed!

    Good stop for any meal of the day in a warm, welcoming place. They serve hefty servings of meals that is worth your money. I got the Spartan's Omelette in egg whites & IT WAS SOOOO GOOOOD!!! Then again, the pancakes are so yuummmeeeee!!!
