Fazoli's has attempted to create their light menu by serving the exact same items that are available on their standard menu but in significantly smaller portion sizes. Â In fact, when I was served my lighter version of baked cheese ravioli the first thing that I noticed was that my breadstick was larger than the dish of ravioli and that the dish only contained three ravioli. Â So, while the food was tasty, it wasn't a sufficient meal and I left hungry. Â I would really challenge Fazoli's to truly develop a light menu by using healthier ingredients and lighter recipes rather than just skimping on serving size. Â In the mean time I'll pass on this restaurant.
