It's a fast food place that specializes in self-promotion.
The food is decent and the price is OK.
The signs everywhere would have you believe they cook their fries in melted gold and that their burgers are made of kobe beef.... but it really is just your standard burger and fries.
Nothing special, but nothing horrible (besides all the obnoxious signage)...
Five Guys is one of those burger chains that seems fairly consistent wherever you go... Â Nice greasy burgers and some good fries. Â More than likely, it's not going to be the best burger you'll ever have, but it's a good value and doesn't disappoint.
TIP: Â The fries are served in brown bags, and a small order of fries is plenty for two people to share.

I stopped in here following a movie at Regal Cinema (Casablanca) and it was a Wednesday evening. It wasn't crowded at all.
I added American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion (ketchup, mustard and mayo) to my burger.
Unlike fast food joints, Five Guys takes it time. No rushing to serve the food. The young lady said my order would be ready in about seven minutes.
In the interim, I checked in on both Yelp and FourSquare and left a tip to complain about the 7-minute wait. Actually, I was just kidding. I didn't do that. In fact, I didn't mind the wait at all.
They give you a cup full of fries that spill over into the brown paper bag. Too many fries for one individual, but perfect for sharing with two or three people.
This is my second visit to a Five Guys, but the first at this location. I recall both visits were similar in all respects, which suggests consistency. Stop in and try for yourself. For me, it was just okay.
It's too bad that they can take what is one of the best fast food burgers and fries and ruin it by getting a simple order wrong 4 different times in a 3 or 4 week period then to top it off they would not correct it even though I had the burger they messed up ( they put cheese on it ) this happened 4 different times ( me and my family don't eat cheese on burgers). One of the times I was bringing the burgers to my mom and dad in the hospital ( mom has been in the hospital for over 4 months ) then to
add insult to it they got the replacement order wrong. The last time was last Tuesday I took the burgers the hockey game and was stuck with out food and when I brought the UNEATEN burger back they would not do anything about it. In this economy to treat a customer like this means they don't care about the customers or think getting an order right is important or one that one customer means anything, I also am a retired NYPD officer who was shot in the line of duty and left disabled on a fixed income and now own a construction company and have told my employs that 5 Guys can't get an order right and have no customer service. I will take my business to someone who cares!!!
This newest addition to the Five Guys chain just opened on 6/27 but the stellar service and food are the same as you would get at any other Five Guys around the country.
Amazing cooked to order no frills burgers, hot dog and fries, and although they dont offer coupons or deals, it's a must visit.
