  Flap Jack's is just the quintessential breakfast diner and everything I hoped for when we set out to Brownsburg on a Sunday morning. Between the clip-art of the Statue of Liberty in the menu, to the option of ordering "freedom Fries" as a side, to the American flags decorating the walls, never before have I felt so patriotic while eating pancakes. And they were probably the best pancakes I've ever had - perfectly fluffy! Basically anything you could possibly want for breakfast is on the menu. The lunch options were plentiful as well.
  
  Being an all-American diner, keep in mind that portions are huge. Not necessarily a bad thing, but my boyfriend and I could have easily split one order rather than forlornly letting a few pancakes go to waste. Come hungry!

  Generally a pretty darn good breakfast place.  I would definitely not recommend the Gyro however.
