I go here now and agen normally early on weekends for breakfast. The food is great greasy spoon bar food prices are good you allways get what you pay for Mabe even more I like the bartenders downstairs. My kind of place down to earth people to talk to and enjoy your morning beer

We finally stopped into Frankie's a couple of months ago.  We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of their breakfasts.  We've been back several times since.  They also have broasted chicken!  It's really yummy.  We would go there more often, but one of our friends has an issue with the waitresses wearing bikinis, and there is a bit of cigarette smell that really bothers another friend.  Even though we hate cigarette smoke, the food is good enough to rate 4 stars from us.

I was surprised that this establishment hasn't been reviewed yet as it has been around for ages. This is one of our fall back places for breakfast on the weekend mostly because it is close and not usually crowded or busy. The food is fairly standard bar food. Nothing fancy or elaborate. There is a fairly wide selection. Prices are comparable to other non-chain restaurants in town. The service is good. I do like that they bring you a carafe of coffee. My only complaint is that they can't ever seem to make toast -- maybe the rest of civilization likes their bread heated and not toasted -- I prefer mine to be TOASTED. They seem to have a problem with this.
