Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar

Great, little place on Port Olympia and a favorite place of my in-laws. The small space is upscale and an intimate place to take your date or impress your boss. The service is fantastic and the menu is streamlined. They also have a nice selection of local wines.

From the menu, the most memorable dish is the elk duo. The dish is well-prepared and tasted delicious. The most disappointing of the menu was the seafood martini. Order this only if you love heavy cream. For me, the appetizer was too rich and detracted from the seafood.

Overall, great menu and ambiance. We will definitely be back next time we are in Olympia.

Great place to be. Bills can go out of roof but service and taste justifies it  :)))

My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday and his recent return home from a deployment. The restaurant was very nice and the waitstaff was very friendly. We ordered lamb and duck and found them both very tasty. The best part of the night was the Jack Daniels ice cream we had for dessert!!
