I thought that the staff here were very nice, although I was disappointed that there was no pour bucket, and believe me, you WILL want a pour bucket here. Â I did not care for any of the wines and felt they tasted like someone had thrown a few wood chips into a big barrel of wine and let the flavor infuse. Â I later found out that this is how they "age" their wine. Â I really want to like this place because it is pretty close to work and the tasting fee is cheap ($6 for 6 very generous pours) however I did not like any of the wines. Â The pours are generous and the ambiance is great, but having a large amount of "meh" only gets you so far.
Review Source:I've been here twice and the staff are so nice and low-key.... No wine snob-dobbery here! Â I think perhaps some folks are put off going into a place that isn't packed with people ?! Â This spot might be quiet (there are new kids on the block) but the wines are great and the pours are so very generous....
I was amazed at the extra-ordinary value here...
The first time a came in, my friend ordered a cheese platter ... and I was a little apprehensive as I expected a hefty price tag for a lame snack. Â Nope: it was steel! Â And delicious too!
I cannot imagine you'll be disappointed if you support this cute spot / fun idea...
