Going by outward, and inward appearances, I was a bit leery to try this place. Â But it's the closest Chinese place to my apt. and that's important because none of them seem to deliver around here. Â How do you have a town without ANY Chinese delivery?! Â Preposterous I say. Â But anyway, I took the plunge out of laziness, and reluctance to travel. Â I'm glad I did.
Most Chinese places I've experienced are at least palatable, and offer the staples we've all come to expect, such as General Tso's chicken, various Lo-meins, and combo plates. Â This place offers all of that, and a lot more. Â Their menu is surprisingly expansive for a small takeout restaurant. Â Right off the bat, their list of Lunch Specials is 46 items long! Â
They offer unique appetizers like Fried Half-Chickens, Chicken Gizzards ( a personal favorite), and Rib Tips.  What really blew my mind was the fact that they make brown rice in addition to the traditional white.  I always prefer brown, and have never encountered a Chinese restaurant that has it.  I was also glad to see that the earliest they ever close during the week is 11pm.  This is nice when those late night cravings hit.  I've only tried a few of their items but they've been consistently good thus far. I've had  the Sesame Chicken, Egg Rolls, and Cold Sesame noodles.  I highly reccomend them.  They say spicy, but they'll happily leave the chili paste out if you wish.  Can't wait to go back.
