You really start to appreciate Fuji Yama Mama when you realize how little you're paying for it. There's nothing new, interesting, or unique on this menu; the same basic sushi fish are being recycled in different sauces and combinations and given some crazy names just like any other Japanese restaurant targeting young people on first dates. However, you can get out of here with a bill under $20 for two people if you play your cards right, and enjoy the almost chic decor taboot. They're also not ripping you off with tiny portions. The rolls are very decent in size and don't taste half-bad either. Overall, 4 stars for making average sushi at below average prices.
Review Source:I've never had sushi this good before. We were seated very quickly and the waitress was very sweet. We ordered 4 rolls: the sipder, spicey tuna, knock your socks off, and ticket to heaven. I don't remember what was in the last two but they were my favorite, especially the ticket to heaven, by far, and heaven was in my mouth :)
