This update is based on an owner/manager not standing behind their product and services. Â Ordered four small pizzas from Giuseppe's on 12/30/10 for lunch, one of the pizza orders was wrong called to inform them of the incorrect order immediately. Â Returned the whole pizza that evening because we were working (holiday rush in a service industry) which was explained in at least two different phone calls. Â Upon arrival the person was treated rudely and confrontational, they would not refund any money and then tried to force her to wait 15 minutes for her "correct" pizza order after she had worked a full day. Â They could not understand that she wanted the pizza for lunch not dinner and wanted her money back. Â So as a result, Giuseppe's has lost not just one customer but a group of customers because they didn't want to return $12.00 of a $49.00 ticket which was a direct result of an error on their part. Â I will go back to me other pizza establishment because they know how to treat their customers right!!!!!
