Average at best chinese strip mall buffet.  I have eaten there once at lunch and once for dinner.  The price for the dinner was about $10 with tax.  Not very busy either time.  The service was  good and friendly.  Unfortunately much of the food was very salty.  The salt and pepper battered shrimp was mostly just salty and I had to peel off most of the breading to eat them.  The egg foo young looked and tasted like it was sitting in the bath of watery brown gravy since lunch.  I know you can't expect a buffet to taste as fresh as food from the menu but I can't recommend it much.
Review Source:I've gone to Hong Wong's with my parents, my family, and my work group. Â Every time, I have great service - they've gotten to know me and show up at the table with an iced tea before I ask. Â The food is very consistent, I love the salt and pepper shrimp and salt and pepper fish. Â My family loves the little sugar doughnuts!
