Hooters

This is one of the smaller hooters I have ever been to.  Stopped in for lunch with a co-worker.  We came specifically for the $6.99 boneless wings special and were seated immediately. Our server was nice and pointed out the special which is always good.  We ordered and the food came fast.  My co-worker had a grilled cheese with bacon and it came out without bacon, but she took it back and it was fixed fast.  Our drinks were replenished without asking.  This location still has smoking which is annoying but luckily it wasn't bad during lunch.  I definitely like the Grapevine or Lewisville locations better.

I love hooters, but this is the worst location I've been to. Been here four times and had terrible service each time.  Don't come here take the extra time to go to the one in Arlington!

Poor service, cold wings and hot $15 a pitcher beer.

Our waitress was more interested a table full of cute guys than servicing all of her customers. About the only time we saw her was when she was bringing us our order or the check.

The XXX wings tasted like that sweet packet you would take out of a holiday ham and put on the wings with a little bit of Tabasco. Not hot at all. We even tried to have the wings done with Bentley sauce, to cover the crappy XXX flavor.

It has been about a year since I at this particular spot, nothing changed since then either. Therefore I must deduce that no one there cares enough to make changes. I told the manager I and my family would not be back.

If you are thinking of going here, I would warn against it. I grew up with 2 waitresses, one Speed-Line Cook and various other 'True Professionals' in Food Service. I even did a stint as a Speed-Line Cook, Waiter, Busser and Host. I never treated my customers as shitty as we were treated tonight. I did tell the manager, and he said the same thing I was told last time... "I will have to check into that" as he took my signed payment receipt.
