House of Blues

I went here for lunch around 2:30 pm and had a southwest chicken sandwich.  It was a good thing I also ordered a tall Guinness as well - that sandwich had some bite to it if you're not used to the spices in it.  The soup was palatable, nothing much to write home about.  Service was decent, the bartender was attentive since I was in after the lunch crowd and before the dinner crowed.  A quick glance at the upcoming performances showed nothing I'd be interested in...so I haven't been there for a performance yet.

This 5 star review is literally for Kellie, one of the managers at HoB.  Tonight was my first time here, and long story short, I had a staff member treat me very rudely.  Kellie went beyond to fix the situation and she was so sweet.  A venue with several bars, several shows happening at once, and a restaurant which places customer satisfaction do highly is one I will frequent again- and you should, too!  
Thank you Kellie!  It was our anniversary and while I expected nothing other than to tell you that you had an opportunity, you made our night really special.   You Rock and HoB is so lucky to have you- we'll be back :) Lobster Mac and cheese is great as well.

I would like to note that management has contacted me. They have apologized and explained the situations that occurred that evening. They have taken responsibility for this and are taking steps to make things right. I feel this is the way a company should respond to an unsatisfied customer and would like to retract my previous statements towards their venue. I can say now that the House of Blues goes to great lengths to make the customers experience the best they can.
