I will give them a three, only because our server did a great job.
If you are a fan of IHOP, you will possibly enjoy eating here. I had a hard time finding anything that sounded good to order for breakfast. It just doesn't seem like that great of a selection. But I did have the eggs Benedict and it was fine. The coffee was OK. Manager was friendly.
